SURPRISE SNOWFALL...the snow we expected to arrive last night arrived this morning. At times it was quite heavy. The surprise was that it only fell in certain areas and we got the snow while friends in West Vancouver, Vancouver and Richmond didn't any any!

Coverered in a warm snowy blanket. The sun has now come out and a lot of the snow has melted. We're expecting some more over the next few days with cold temperatures.
