Life in the Banana Belt of Canada!

Saturday I spotted this cherry tree in bloom but didn't have my camera with me.
Sunday I picked up my mom and took her for a drive to see it.
We also found these old cherry trees in bloom along Victoria Drive in Vancouver.
 Graceful silhouette!
Sitting on the grass enjoying the sunshine, life on the west coast of Canada is beautiful in the winter!

Gorgeous snaps! Glad you went back to show your mom. I love trees against the backdrop of the sky like that.

here in Iowa it is only 2 above with a wind chill of -24. A good time to stay inside and quilt.
