Pacific Grove, Monterey Penninsula, San Francisco here we come!

After enjoying the cow parade we went for a drive along Sunset Drive, a favourite.
We love watching the waves crash, look at the lovely aqua colours on those rocks.
A quiet sunset sailing boat on the horizon.
The next morning we went back for one last look and saw these birds close to shore.
A bumble bee gathering some pollen.
My camera battery died so I didn't get a shot of some deer along the dunes.  But by San Francisco I managed a few more pictures, here of Alcatraz across the bay.
 Crabs waiting to be eaten.
A closer look at this handsome guy.
Love the lamp standard with the hanging basket against the blue skies.
 A couple of Fisherman's Wharf's famous restaurants.
The wind was picking up back at Pier 39.
Mom standing by the large crab sculpute that has plants growing on the shell.
They skies started to overcast so we decided to hit the road and head back up north.  Once again leaving our hearts in San Francisco.
