Still being creative and some early signs of Spring

More corners being sewn on.

Lots of pieces.

A mail deliver, starry nights on the left, a gorgeous midnight blue with silver and angel dust on the right, a creamy colour with gold sparkling.

A walk to stretch my back and look the crocuses are blooming as they break through the soil.

This one is ahead of the gang.

Raindrops from earlier in the day.

Crow checking out the neighbourhood.

Busy river yesterday first one double barge was seen.

Right behind a second one.

Minutes later another one heading upriver with a different load.

Voila! Hearts on black and white backgrounds.

The lower half I added some snowflakes because Valentine's Day is in the winter and we've had some snowy ones in the past.

Thirty of them altogether, 20 for a swap the rest to be added as fillers. I need to square them up to the suggested size and then they head off to their new homes. I love how the colours pop against the black and white backgrounds.

These are really cute and I love the snowflakes! I didn't get in on this swap with the Mary Lou group because I have a big projects to finish by March and my story quilt to finish to take to Mary Lou's retreat in West Virginia in April. can't wait to see what you get back.
