Montana...big sky country and some quilt shops

View from our Post Falls hotel.

In Deer Lodge we found and old bank that was now a quilt shop called Quilter's Corner Etc. batiks in the vault.

Mind this steep marble stairs walking up to the sale room.

Something in every nook and cranny, make sure you look twice.

In Bozeman we made it to the Silver Thimble 15 minutes before closing, she didn't make us feel rushed to look around.

Love the little bunny hanging in the corner.

Notions and samples all around.

Lovely samples to get a closer look at.

Main Street Bozeman.

The horse spins on its back legs.

Hey, another quilt shop in the cream building. I wonder what the hours are.

A look in the window, lovely flag quilt by a local designer...no pattern yet, the shop is open.

Great fabrics and books.

Love the fat quarter and mini charm pack presentation, itch fingers want to check them out.

Cream walls curve up to the ceiling setting off the quilts.

Lovely textured ceiling...hmmm maybe q quilt design?

Another look at that flag, lovely piecing and quilting. The shop owner is trying to convince the maker to write a pattern.

Fish sculpture outside the shop on the street.
